Printre beneficiile unor astfel de produse se afla si energizarea organismului, reglarea tranzitului intestinal, contracararea efectelor alimentatiei nesanatoase si viciilor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Transformarea semintei in germeni (cativa milimetri) sau vlastari (cativa centimetri) presupune eliberarea fortei vitale a enzimelor, vitaminelor, aminoacizilor, grasimilor sanatoase, a mineralelor. $ntr-o samanta uscata, nutrientii necesari cresterii plantei sunt blocati de asa-numitii \u201cantinutrienti\u201d, molecule care ofera o stabilitate foarte mare semintei, pentru ca ea sa poata incolti, doar atunci cand conditiile sunt prielinice (temperatura, umiditatea). Astfel, daca in dieta noastra sunt semintele uscate, vom avea o cantitate mai mica de vitamine si minerale disponibile. Daca, in schimb,intai hidratam sau incoltim aceste seminte, valoarea lor nutritiva creste in mod semnificativ. Beneficiile germenilor de grau sunt binecunoscute, fiind folositi chiar in tratamentul unor boli grave. Se remarca prin continutul mare de vitamina E naturala, dar si printr-un continut diminuat de gluten, proteina \u201cproblema\u201d din grau.<\/p>\n<p>Germenii de broccoli au cantitati de fitonutrienti anticancerigeni de zeci de ori mai mari decat planta adulta, de aceea, o cantitate mica de germeni este suficienta pentru efecte benefice asupra organismului. Actioneaza in special in prevenirea cancerului de plamani.<\/p>\n<p>Vlastarii aduc deja cantitati mari de enzime, dintre care mentionam SOD (superoxid dismutaza), o enzima utila mai ales celor care consuma carne tocata, dar si fumatorilor, celor care mananca prajeli sau alte alimente nesanatoase. Expunerea la soare conduce la fixarea magneziului in cloriila, o molecula foarte asemanatoare cu hemoglobina umana.
